Sanders This book drew me in from the beginning with the line, "She was well-preserved for someone who'd been dead twenty years." I actually laughed out loud at that, and knew I was in for a treat with this story.It was filled with twists and turns all the way to the end and had a little bit of each element that I enjoy in a good read--humor, romance, mystery, and a little something extra with the light paranormal-tone.This was the first book I've read by this author, but I will be checking into her other works for sure!

I was sucked right in from the get go, as I really enjoy paranormal stories. The main character is strong and lovable, and the supporting ones are as well. This book includes a little mystery, detective work, and some fun ghosts. The entire story line is filled with witty dialogue, and oh, an old and a new love:} Did I say I loved it yet? Well, I did. I will be reading the rest of this authors books soon!Haunted Hearts: A Lana Malloy Paranormal Mystery
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Great story By writes4coffee Haunted Hearts introduces us to Lana Malloy, a PI who can communicate with ghosts. In this book, she is trying to solve the murder of her aunt, Lucy Malloy. The characters are described well, the action moves at a steady pace, and the writing flows so smoothly that I kept turning pages until the end. I thought it was a great story, and I will be checking out the other books in the series. Great job, Mrs. Cox.
