I really like the conversational style via which the key messages got communicated because it's very close to the way we engage with clients on daily basis. I always believe sales is more an art than science. Hence any theoretical approaches to sale success are in vain. Sales success is embedded as part of life - our talk, act, determination, personality, social relations, knowledge, and skill sets, etc. From this angle I see this book does a great job for cloud computing solution sales. Bravo!!
