Clarke This is the exact same book, word for word, with same limited examples as "HTML CSS Programming Guide w/Bonus Content." It should probably read "w/Bogus Content." You won't be developing "stunning" web pages after reading either of these books. Even though they are the same book, one says that is is published by Web App Dev Central, and the other is published or presented by Programming & Tech League. The book reads pretty good for a couple of chapters, to let you know what HTML is, but as soon as any complex term is mentioned, it just goes on blabbing with no examples or explanations. Amazon recognizes that the other book is the same, because when I try to review the other book, the site tells me that I have already reviewed "HTML & CSS Programming Guide." I feel it's a scam - not by Amazon - but by the presenter - because the other book is $2.99.

So, I was looking for a good book to have my basic knowledge on programming. My course instructor basically recommended me this book. He told that it will help to build my basic on HTML. And after reading this book, I must say that he was correct. Now, I can create simple and basic web pages using HTML whereas I had absolutely zero idea on programming a few weeks earlier. I am really happy about my new skill. Thanks to the author.

By Jen Before reading this book, I had been wanting for a while now to learn more about website-building/coding, as I have a blog (and have toyed around with the idea of making an app or two), and would like to understand how to do more things with it. I’ve looked at online courses, but have just put off investing in them because the blog (although minimalistic) was working, and I didn’t know how far I could extend myself financially to learn more. I have no idea why I didn’t think of looking in the Kindle store sooner, but it just dawned on me the other day to do so. I figured I would first look in the free Kindle store, just to see if there was anything in there, and I found this book. Seriously, I can’t relay how lucky I feel to have found it! It actually spurred me on to utilize some of the things I learned to make my blog better, and, having just updated it yesterday with some of the things I learned, I am really happy with it! This book is an invaluable tool for beginners (it even has a section that walks you through getting started with building a website today, which I thought was really helpful). It really made learning this easier (though, I know I have a long way to go, and I am waiting a bit to read about the more advanced things this book talks about because I’m not ready for those yet). It is something I can (and definitely foresee myself) look(ing) back on time and time again to help me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone just starting out, or who is interested in learning more about basic programming!
