It shows us a glimpse of what it is like to travel back in time, and remarkably find yourself there. In the case of this book, we get to see what it was like when the author, KC Bouma, was able to discover what it was like when she lived in these earlier time periods. The stories in this book offer fascinating glimpses into two historical settings. One takes place in Salem, Massachusetts around the year 1692, and the other in Melvaig, Scotland around 1448. It is really fun to read a first hand account from someone who was really there, albeit from the perspective of past lives discovered in the present time.The stories are charming and fun to read. I found myself easily relating to the characters, even though they had sensibilities from a bygone era. But another important thing that might very well occur to a reader of this book is the realization that this awareness of past lives is potentially available to everyone, as long as they are willing to find someone qualified, who can assist them with their search to learn about their own deeper and distant past.I recommend that you read and enjoy this marvelous little book, and then, see for yourself how you might also want to delve into your own soul's growth and history that is waiting to be revealed and unlocked for you when you are ready to explore your own past lives.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Amazing!!! By Angel Hole absolutely loved both stories in this book. Very captivating and swept me away. The meditations at the end of each story are amazing. I'm in awe at how easy they are to do and the really cool experiences I'm having during my meditations. I'm even seeing futuristic messages and symbols. Not only are the stories (past lives of the author) great this book has taught me how to meditate and really open up and see aspects of my own past lives and possibly the future. I can't wait to read the next book in the series!!! I also can't wait to see where my next meditation takes me. The journal within this book is great too for writing everything from my meditation while it's fresh in my mind. This is a must read book!!! I can't wait for more!!!
