It showed me there was more to memory than just trying to remember different things. I liked the chapter on Food and how it affects your memory. I didn't realize food had that much effect on your mind. The book was well presented especially the conclusion that covered what was in the book. I also liked the quotes from other experts that started each chapter. The book showed little simple things your could do now to improve your memory. These methods were not difficult to implement. Overall a very good condensed book about memory

It doesn't waste any time getting right into the nitty gritty of listing out the 21 ways to learn to improve your memory immediately. Granted, everything takes practice. However, the skills you need to know are listed in this book. I particularly like the sections on Memory Tricks and hacks as well as the section focusing on which foods can boost your memory. This is a must read for anyone who feels they have a poor memory and wants to see it improve drastically and quickly!
