3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Cool storyline....poor editing! By Jennie2911 I enjoyed this story note than I thought I would. I usually don't like the "destined mates" plot, with an overbearing male lead, but I decided to give this one a shot. I actually really enjoyed it! I really liked how Car a was independent and stood her ground, and Tristan wasn't TOO much of an overbearing caveman.However, the reason this received 3 stars instead of 4, is because of the extremely poor editing job. I'm usually able to overlook a few misplaced words and poor sentence structure, but this book had so many errors I almost gave up on it......twice! .....Even when I was still invested in the story!

First off, when the term "classmate" is used they are referring to high schoolers, not college. All the main characters are in high school, which is kind of weird, due to the character development. Second there is no sex in this book and it ends abruptly. It's not necessarily a cliffhanger, but it's very close, which I didn't like. All that said, the writing drew me in and I enjoyed the interaction between the character.

The thing that irritated me was the spelling/grammar mistakes. Not being English myself and seeing them everywere shows that there were plenty of them.
