By KMcJ I have a few of Ran Walker's novels downloaded on my iPad but from reading the description, I chose to read this one first. I enjoyed reading from a man's perspective. I anxiously wanted to see what would happen next which led to me reading this in one sitting and that's saying a lot because I'm not a big reader. I love the music and movie references and for me it made the book relatable. I loved the characters of the book and feel like I know them personally. I'm recommending this book to everyone who believes in love and even to those that don't because after this they will. It doesn't matter if you're single, dating, married, 21, 30 or 50, you will enjoy this book!

This story is passionate, emotional, comical and most importantly speaks to the experiences of a generation raised on hip hop and slow jams mixtape. 5 stars.
