About the TEAS Test
There are a total of 170 questions on the TEAS exam; however twenty of them are unscored and used only by the test makers to gather information. That means 150 of the questions you answer will count toward your score.
Scoring
You cannot pass or fail the TEAS exam. Instead, you will receive a score report that details the number of questions you got right in each section and also gives your percentile rank, which shows how you did in comparison with other test takers. Each school has its own entrance requirements, so be sure to check the requirements of the institutions you want to attend, so you can set appropriate goals for yourself.

I am so happy, I thought I might have failed for some reason but this book definitely helped me a lot. I got 100% on math, 98% on science, 93% on reading, and 84% on english with the help of this book.This breaks every topic down into a neat, organized, and easy to read format. The difficulty of the problems in this book were a bit easier than the ATI book I also used but the actual test was a lot easier than any practice test I have ever taken so I guess Trivium's book is closer to the actual test questions. This is a solid purchase, after all you are investing in your future. My advice to you is to not assume that since your english is "perfect" that you can ignore the english and reading sections; they test some pretty arcane knowledge that you last heard in elementary school.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I found a couple in the book store and this one online and have to say for the price this was an absolute bargain! I found the test tips extremely helpful and specific to the TEAS and not just any test. The practice tests were helpful too.

A very thorough prep guide to the TEAS test By caitlin My sister is going into nursing school, and as such, she has to take the TEAS test as part of her acceptance into nursing school to be a nurse. So when I saw this study guide, I immediately thought of her. After reading the reviews, I figured I had to get this for her! It came quickly and in great condition. I opened up the book and flipped through the pages, and was impressed at the layout of the book. It has all of the sections that will be brought up on the TEAS test, with a reading section and then a quiz section with example problems and explanations of how they will be presented. It is invaluable for those who are going to take the test and want some preparation to get them ready for what to expect on the test. In the back of the book, there are two different practice tests, that really cover in detail all the different sections that will be presented, along with an answer key to check your work. I think this is great for anyone who is looking to get a bit prepared for what is to come and I recommend it highly as it is an invaluable practice for what seems like a huge amount of material that can be overwhelming to study. But this book prepares you very well. It gives those who are worried a solid ground and foundation, and therefore I think it is perfect. Any bit helps with these types of tests, and this is a very thorough study guide. I received this product on a promotional discount for my honest review and they are 100% my own opinions.
