Part 1 was full of breathe holding excitement, but the sequel is full of thrilling, exciting action pack drama; Maxine King did the dam thing! The changes Dominic goes thru with her son missing. Then the sparks flying between Dominic and Andre! Wow. Last but not least the unexpected things that draws you further into this story line. From love,loyalty,and trust between Dominic's family! Their method of revenge oh so sweet!!!!Definitely a five star read!

The title is "Inside Windows 10: an early look..." - Microsoft's history has no bearing on this and is used strictly as filler. As a matter of fact, a good 1/3 of the material presented is filler.2. The content: - page 13 - "...gave me a fricking heart attack" - page 14 - "...real no bulls*** reason..." - page 37 - "...bullshit acronyms..." - page 44 - "...working it's ass off..."3. There are numerous grammatical errors: "its" vs. "it's" being the most prevalent.Since when is it ok to accept less than mediocre work and rate it 5 stars? Have ANY of the previous reviewers even read the material?The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because zero stars are not an option.

Tried working it and found we hated it all the more. Found that it sucked all the joy out of using the computer. Reading this book has given us hope that Microsoft is trying to fix some of this errors and get Windows back on the right track.

Fun, rapid-paced entertainment from yesteryear By Gary in San Jose Published in 1913, Earl Derr Biggers' novel is a fun and rapid-paced read for fans of classic mystery fiction. The protagonist is a popular writer of the day who comes to a vacant mountain resort ('Baldpate') in winter, seeking solitude for writing a serious novel. Soon six more visitors arrive, not revealing their true identity or explaining why they have come. The tale becomes a mystery of who has the hidden package, what are people's motivations, and what will the outcome be of the protagonist's love for a beautiful mystery woman.If you believe quality detective fiction emerged in 1980, avoid this volume. You should note that this book was written seven years before passage of the 19th amendment giving women the right to vote, and stereotypical notions of how women should 'surrender' to men are present. Still, the book has elements not unlike those of Agatha Christie's writing...or perhaps Christie on testosterone: an isolated environment, interesting plot twists, plenty of action, and the guy and gal happily uniting in the end. The dialog and action are more light-hearted than hard-boiled.The energy, good-cheer, and rapid-pacing of the story will captivate most readers. This is a fun return to the days of yesteryear.

Cohan By bernie A light weight writer, Mr. McGee, besides that it is time for him to write a classic novel; in an effort to write this novel he needed to find a place for perfect solitude. That place turns out to be an inn that was closed for the winter high up on Baldpate Mountain. Little did he know that there were seven Keys to Baldpate Inn. With each key can a person or persons with unique characteristics and a good reason for being there. If you can believe who they are and their reasons. Mr. McGee suspects them all of being some part of a convoluted plot which nobody will let him in on.We go along for the ride. There is no use speculating. And Mr. McKee's chivalry may be his undoing. Be sure to read the book to the last sentence.I came to this book after watching the 1935 version of Seven Keys to Baldpate with Walter Brennan as the station master. I have still to see the play however the movie was more based on the play than the book. Some of the statements were directly out of the book but many others had that Cohan feel.Meantime the book stands alone as a great example of a 1913 Earl Derr Biggers mischief and mystery.

Taylor SEVEN KEYS TO BALDPATE concerns a novelist, Billy Magee, who seeks isolation to begin his next work and hopes to find it at Baldpate Inn, a mountainside resort now closed for the winter. When he takes up residence, however, he is startled to find his isolation repeatedly broken by a host of unexpected visitors, all of whom seem to be lying about their backgrounds and their reasons for arrival.Originally published in 1913, BALDPATE was among the most popular novels of its day--and its mixture of mystery and comic banter proved equally popular on both stage and screen. The basic premise would also prove very influential over the years. Still, and in spite of the deft touch with which Biggers handles the material, today the novel reads as highly artificial in both tone and construction. Fans of period pop fiction will likely enjoy it, but the book is unlikely to hold many charms for other readers.GFT, Amazon Reviewer

I was worried that my son wouldn't like the girl character, Casey, who is throughout the book but he didn't even notice. The book is jam packed with so much information and great pictures that I don't think my son has even touched on everything in the book. From the animated pictures to the realistic pictures to the glossary and tips, so much is included! There are so many facts throughout the book that I didn't even know about and I can see my son's wheels turning in his brain with the desire to learn more. I love when books engage my kids to want to know more about various topics and this series is a great starting point. It is easy enough for young kids to enjoy the pictures and parents read to them or for older kids to read on their own. I love that there is going to be a series of these books about different farm vehicles!

By OrganicShoes Big Tractors with Casey and FriendsVehicles have always been a big hit with kids and this new book will be one they enjoy, Casey is a farm girl and through this book she introduces you to all her friends on the farm and what they do on the farm. One of the things I enjoyed about this book is that although Casey and some of her friends are cartoons the pictures of the tractors and farm equiptment are all photographs of actual farm equiptment. Kids that love farms, tractors, and vehicles will absolutely love this book.I received this book coplimentary from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Tractors are not your ordinary vehicle - unless you live on a farm. And then, even if a kid lives on a farm, he might not encounter BIG tractors. I mean those huge tractors used in modern farming and on huge farms.Casey is a farm girl and she takes the reader along on a tour of Big Tractors and they learn just what these tractors do on the farm. Big Tractors is wonderfully illustrated with photographs and cartoon characters, courtesy of Paul Nunn. The "picture book" aspect alone is great! However, this is a fun learning adventure. Kids will learn about the farm and where the good food they eat actually comes from.It is interesting to learn about lift and leverage in the work of the tractor and the use of weights. And the pictorial time line of tractor development is eye opening. Aren't we thankful that we don't just depend on a couple of horses or mules to farm the land today? And discovering the work of the "attachments" for tractors is fabulous. The interest age for this books is 4-8 years, but I can see that Dad will find a lot to interest him as well as the little ones in the family.This entire series of books promises to provide fun and educational reading for the children in your life as you teach them where that corn-on-the-cob came from and the wheat for their bread and the tractors used to grow them.I received a complimentary copy to facilitate this review.
